When will my order be shipped?

The estimated shipping date is stated directly on each product next to the order button. As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking link. Delivery takes on average 1 to 4 business days.

What are the shipping costs?

We charge a flat shipping rate per order. Shipping to Finland: €7,95. View our shipping table for all other destinations.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you always have a 14-day return window from receipt of your order. Items can be returned in original, unused condition and packaging in accordance with our return policy.

What should I do in case of transit damage or a defective item?

Did your order arrive damaged or defective? Please report this within 48 hours of delivery via our contact page with clear photos of the outer box, shipping label, and damaged product. Our support team will resolve it right away with a replacement or refund.
