Bearings 6806 llb osid - abec 3 (radial) - 30.2x42x7 (45°)

We do not suggest bearings for headsets from the inferior range. Instead we start with chrome steel, Black oxide A/C and finally the bearings made of stainless steel 440C. They are always constructed with the largest possible balls and their double lip seals are located in a small indentation for ultimate protection against sweat and the (natural) elements. They are 90% filled with high-pressure grease, so you don't have to wonder if there is grease on the inside. LLB: Our most popular seal, consisting of a rubber finish with a metal core. Unlike the standard 2RS, we go a little further by machining a notch in the inner ring, where the seal can rotate with excellent efficiency and resistance compared to a lesser bearing. Rather than a single «lip» of a thick seal that rubs against an uneven surface, the LLB type uses 2 lips of seals, fine like a razor blade that slides in a notch with a light contact. The outer «lip» keeps out water and impurities, while the inner seal retains grease for smooth rotation and long intervals between services.
