RECIP PISCO SOUR 1 scoop of crushed ice
• 6 cl Pisco
• 2 cl sugar water
• 3 cl lime juice
• 1 egg white
• 8 ice cubes Garnish
• cinnamon • delmonico glass
• cocktail measure
• Boston shaker • strainer
• grater (cinnamon)
• straw Pre-cool the glass with crushed ice.
Put the Pisco, sugar water, lime juice and egg white in a mixing glass. This cocktail is shaken dry, without ice. Take the Boston shaker, add the ingredients to the spiral of the strainer and shake long and vigorously. Open the Boston shaker, add ice cubes and shake very vigorously again. Remove the ice from the pre-chilled Delmonico glass. Pour the Pisco Sour into the glass through a strainer. Grate fresh cinnamon over the cocktail. Serve with a straw. Salud!
