Safety coupling 1 2 male thread (orion)

The ASG 06 quick coupling is a sliding sleeve operated compressed air safety quick coupling. By sliding the sleeve with the band with yellow ring backwards, the quick coupling shuts off the air supply. The hose vents but is held until the sliding sleeve is pushed forward. With this quick coupling you have a quick coupling that complies with the ARBO law and the safety requirements of ISO 4414. Properties The ASG 06 can be used on all plug-in nipples according to the commonly used Orion profile (ARO210). Due to the passage of the plug-in nipple and quick coupling of 6 mm, there is limited pressure loss with small hand tools. The lightweight quick coupling is made of impact-resistant technical plastic and is robust enough to withstand intensive daily use. The plastic housing of the quick coupling is less likely to scratch vulnerable surfaces. Application The quick coupling is suitable for small and medium-sized hand tools in a normal working environment such as assembly areas and passenger car garages. We recommend this quick coupling for all applications, where it is used as a replacement for frequently leaking quick couplings with the Orion profile. This results in a major quality improvement in the existing compressed air system. The coupling is very suitable for large-scale conversions or new construction. the attractive pricing.
